This is an editing practise. Download lots of footage from stock footage websites, keep in mind you don't need to pay for this as there a plenty of free stock footage websites such as Unsplash and Pexles. Also go and get a sound track and some sound effects, if you cant find the sound you are looking for go and record it yourself, you don't need expensive gear, just use your phone to record the sounds. Then take your footage, sound effects and music and edit it togeter. If you want you can record a voice over to help with some story. Good Luck, I'd love to see what you do.
